Stitch Era Liberty is in Portuguese and offers a modern and innovative set of tools. Design creation is quick and easy, combining automated functions and flexibility with precise control over every stitch and function of the design.
It's a fully integrated application with all the tools you need to create and edit dies for professional and home embroidery machines. Use images or vectors as references and digitize them automatically or manually, add text using quality pre-digitized fonts or any TrueType font you have installed on your computer, edit objects and stitches with precision and ease and export your designs to machines in most commercial formats.

By purchasing the "Stitch Era Liberty" software from the ArtBor online store, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale:
1. What is included in the purchase:

The "Stitch Era Liberty" software includes two licenses that allow simultaneous use of the software on two different computers.

Remote installation of the software on two computers, performed by ArtBor's technical team.

General explanation of how the software works during the installation process. Note: This explanation does not constitute detailed training.

The software is delivered electronically via download made available after purchase.
2. Requirements for remote installation:

The customer must provide remote access to the computers where the software will be installed, using the "Anydesk" program.

The customer must ensure that the computers meet the minimum system requirements for the software to function (details available in the product description).

Remote installation will be scheduled in advance, according to the availability of the ArtBor technical team and the customer.
3. What is not included in the purchase:

Detailed training on how to use the software. If the customer wishes to deepen their knowledge, they may purchase specific training provided by ArtBor.

Additional technical support. Technical support to resolve issues or clarify doubts after installation can be purchased directly from ArtBor as an additional technical service.
5. Customer obligations:

The customer is responsible for providing a suitable environment for software installation, including internet access and access to the computers where the software will be installed.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete information to the ArtBor technical team to ensure smooth remote installation.
6. Limitation of liability:

ArtBor shall not be held responsible for any issues related to the configuration or performance of the customer's computers that may affect the software's functionality.

The technical team commits to performing the installation and general explanation as efficiently as possible but does not guarantee specific results in terms of usage or productivity.

For additional clarifications, support, or scheduling of the remote installation, the customer can contact ArtBor through the contact channels provided on the store's contact page.
By proceeding with the purchase, the customer declares to be aware of and agree to the terms and conditions described herein.
Unless otherwise stated, digitally delivered goods (or digital products, non-tangible goods), including software subscriptions, plug-ins, drivers, components, designs, among others, are not returnable after purchase. We do not issue refunds once the order has been completed and the digital product download link or password link has been sent.
All products are sold “as is”. You assume responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued.
Do not purchase any digital product before checking it first to see if it suits your needs.
It is not possible to offer refunds on digital products because we cannot reverse the transaction. Once digital products (files, passwords, etc.) have been delivered, we cannot deactivate or cancel them. The customer can continue to use them and there is no way of preventing this.
Operating System
We suggest you use Microsoft® Windows® 11 Professional 64-bit edition with the latest service packs. Each new version of the software is tested only with the latest operating system available. For security reasons, we do not test the software with discontinued operating systems
However, this software may also be compatible with some older operating systems, including:
Microsoft® Windows® 10 (Home Premium or higher) 64-bit edition;
Microsoft® Windows® 11 (Home Premium or higher) 64-bit edition;
Operating systems must be correctly installed, up-to-date and working properly with all their available service packs.
* Note on Mac (Apple) operating systems
According to some user reports, this software (keyless and subscription version) can be successfully installed and is working correctly on some Apple computers (Windows in virtual machines).
We do not offer, guarantee or endorse the running of this software on a Mac, as we have not tested it sufficiently to suggest it. You can try it at your own risk.
Internet connection
- The Internet connection of the computer where the software is installed is not a requirement to run the software, but it is highly recommended.
- Through the Internet connection, your software will display the Live-Update service, direct communication with the software's service and support sites, purchase of extra features in the application, online promotions, etc.
- The software registration/activation process requires an e-mail account and the use of any other computer with Internet access to transfer files between your system (installed product) and our activation server.
- Products with a virtual protection device (KeyLess) occasionally require a license validation. The process is automatic and transparent if the computer where you use the product is connected to the Internet; if the Internet is not available, you will have to use any other computer with Internet access to transfer files between your system (installed product) and our activation server. A permanent Internet connection is required to install and use products with a virtual protection device (KeyLess) on virtual machines.
Computer characteristics
The computer must meet a number of minimum characteristics in order to run the software.
We suggest that you consider substantially exceeding the minimum characteristics required to obtain reasonable or much better performance from the software. A higher processor, more memory, better video resolution or 2 monitors will improve the user experience.
