Product Introduction


1. The whole machine consists of three sets independently controlled single head quilting machines.

2. Auto fabric feeding, clamping, tightening and auto quilting, discharging, free of manual frame changing work.

3. Automatic feeding and discharging platforms for three decks, and automatic delivery and shunting from entrance to exit. 

4. Maintenance station is reserved, so that other decks can still work if one deck is under maintenance.

5. Belt support system in sewing area can keep the material flat without depression during sewing. 

6. Optional monitor system, easy to observe the sewing quality.

7. Optional automatic bobbin changer, to improve work efficiency.
