PURPOSE
The purpose of these conditions is to define the General Conditions of Sale between Sanipires and the User, from the act of purchase to the various services provided by Sanipires, such as payment methods and delivery conditions for orders.
ORDERS
You can place your order online at www.sanipires.pt.
In order to successfully complete your order, certain personal data will be required, such as your e-mail address, name, address, telephone number, among others. The User must fill in all the required fields.
By making an online purchase, the User expresses their full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the prices and the description of the products included in this transaction. These general conditions of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties. If the product is unavailable, Sanipires undertakes to inform the User and reimburse the amount paid within approximately 30 (thirty) days of becoming aware of the unavailability.
DELIVERIES
Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 working days if you choose to pick it up in store.
For deliveries to your address, delivery times vary depending on the destination, as follows:
Customs duties and import taxes:
Due to different customs policies and import taxes, Sanipires has no control over any costs that may be applied when an order arrives in the destination country, and it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If you have any doubts, you should contact your local customs office before placing your order to obtain information about customs costs and their applicability.
PAYMENT
Rui Manuel Pinto Unip. Lda offers different payment methods: cash on delivery, ATM or bank transfer.
You can pay for your purchases through the ATM network or on the Internet, through your bank's Homebanking service, with 24 hours to make the payment using the entity and reference provided by Rui Manuel Pinto Unip. Lda at the time of completing your order, which will be automatically canceled if you do not do so within this period.
PRICING POLICY
Prices should be in euros, excluding taxes and duties. All prices shown exclude VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force. Rui Manuel Pinto Unip. Lda reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Before making a return, check that:
