In case of dispute the consumer can turn to an entity of Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ADR). The entities of Alternative Resolution of Consumer Disputes (ADR) are the entities authorised to carry out mediation, conciliation and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal that are registered on the list of ADR entities provided for by Law no. 144/2015.
